  • Managed the preconstruction services for Phase IA and IB of the Village of Imagine Resort, a master-planned resort village that includes a mix of residential homes, townhouses and condo-hotel units. The project was composed of six phases with a budget of more than $450 million.
  • Assisted with document review, preliminary construction and scheduling.

2002 to 2005 – Harbco Construction, Inc., Orlando, FL

  • Assisted budgeting, scheduling, estimating, project buyout and complete project management.
  • Managed Baldwin Park Village Center in Orlando, a nine-building development budgeted at $25 million with more than 290,000 square feet of retail and multi-family space.

1998 to 2002 – Orange County Public Schools, Orlando, FL

  • Assisted in the development of all phases of construction to closeout. Saved the Orange County Public School System more than $6 million in a three-year period.
  • Managed 20 elementary, middle and high school renovation projects ranging from $3 million to $18 million.

  • Oversaw construction of the new $10 million high tech facility for the Energy Products Division Headquarters in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

1989 to 1993 – Bird Construction Inc., San Juan, Puerto Rico
Project Manager
  • Managed the demolition and re-construction of the Conquistador Resort and Country Club in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. Oversaw the variation of five different projects totaling more than $650 million.
